I highly recommend Cassie -- she went above and beyond with my engagement ring! There are a few things I really appreciated about Cassie. For one, her communication. I was able to text her with any questions at any point of time, and she would get back to me imminently. That was very important to me -- having a partner in this journey that's available over text. Secondly, she was very flexible with scheduling and sourcing different stones for what we were looking for. And lastly, she made the impossible possible and made my ring be finished on my birthday, just a few days after we purchased it. I love it and would recommend this place to anyone who cares for good care and customer service. Thank you, Cassie and the team!
