I can’t say enough great things about Jackie at David Levi & Son’s Jewelry Store. She was absolutely amazing—extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. I brought in my late great-grandfather’s gold ring, which is the only item I have left to remember him by. Because of how much it means to me, I was understandably nervous about having it restored. Jackie immediately put my mind at ease. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure the ring was restored perfectly, just the way I had envisioned. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. She understood the sentimental value behind the ring and treated it with the respect it deserved. Thanks to Jackie, I now have a beautifully restored family heirloom that I will cherish for the rest of my life. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about both their customers, I highly recommend asking for Jackie. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a wonderful one, and I will always be grateful for the care and dedication she showed.

Theresa and David were absolutely wonderful. Without a doubt the best watch buying experience ever. A vintage Rolex Cellini in the window caught my eye. Great price with all the original documentation and box. We purchased and were out the door in 15 minutes. They were absolutely professional and my customer experience was the best in San Diego!

Teresa was phenomenal! We went in with a clear idea of what we wanted and she & David made it happen within a few weeks and at a very competitive price. We went back for both of our simple gold wedding bands and they had them made in just a few days. The storefront itself is nothing special but don't let that deceive you. They know what they're doing and will find the stone size and quality you want at a reasonable price. They also resized my husband's wedding band more than a year after purchase for free (there's a person they use upstairs in the same building). We recommend everyone go to David Levi & Sons for their big jewelry purchases!

TL;DR: Amazing service. Complex resize done perfectly in under a day. Rose was incredibly kind. Highly recommend. Wish I could give 6 stars. I’m honestly stunned by the kindness and quality of work I experienced here. I had a pretty intense engagement ring resize that, from everything I was told, seemed nearly impossible. Not only did they make it happen—they did it flawlessly and at a very fair price. As a young guy new to the jewelry world, I made the mistake of buying a ring that was three sizes too large, with intricate stones set along the band. Once I realized how difficult resizing it would be, I wasn’t sure where to turn. Somehow, I came across David and Levi on Reddit, and I’m so glad I did. I stopped by their store and spent maybe 10 minutes there, but it was some of the best service I’ve ever received—and that’s entirely thanks to Rose Frushon. She went truly above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared—she even gave me a beautiful ring box, which was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to me. She was just so, so lovely. T

Jackie is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to helping her clients. She’s very sweet, personable, and wants her clients to get the jewelry they want. My husband and I went to get my engagement ring upgraded ($20 Amazon rings at first) and Jackie helped to create my dream ring at half the cost of any competitor nearby. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, sending updates, pictures and making sure I was happy with my results every step of the way. The entire team that helped bring my vision to life deserves every ounce of praise for the sheer beauty they create. After purchasing our ring, we decided to also go ahead and purchase our wedding bangs with David Levi and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Thank you so much to every person involved and especially for Jackie for making the experience of getting our rings 100x better.
