After two days of immense frustration trying to get my MacBook Air to support a dual-monitor extended display for my remote work, I finally found the expertise I needed thanks to Glenn at DC Computers. Before coming here, I exhausted every option with Best Buy and Geek Squad. I took valuable days off work just trying to resolve this technical issue. Unfortunately, my experience with Geek Squad was incredibly disappointing. I was repeatedly given incorrect advice, told to buy expensive adapters that didn’t work, and at one point, an agent even suggested I buy an entirely new LG monitor which had absolutely nothing to do with the actual problem. To make matters worse, the customer service was severely lacking; I was hung up on by an agent named Susan, and another representative transferred me back to the main queue simply because their shift was ending. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to DC Computers and spoke with Glenn. The difference was night and day. Right over the phone, Glenn asked the targeted, intelligent questions that everyone else had missed specifically inquiring about my exact MacBook model and the specific docking station I was using to route the HDMI signals.

They did a really good job at cleaning up my laptop during their diagnostic. Although I wasn’t able to afford the fix with it being 200-400 to replace the board (400-600 to buy a model 5 years newer) I would definitely recommend them. Didn’t tell me what was wrong with my board but to replace it which I already knew there was problem with the board but no clue which component or parts needs replacing. Thankfully I have the tools to check which parts needs replacing and can replace it myself with aftermarket. Was hoping for more but was satisfied they did a good job cleaning my laptop.

These guys are doing it right! Everything you want a solid business to be. I was referred to DC when I asked for computer repair in my local area facebook group. I went to their website, checked it out and then called to see if they could take my mac computer, clean it out. I was going on vacation and wanted to catch up on stuff on my computer while on vacation. I waited til the last minute, so I wasn't so sure they could help me on short notice. They did! I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. It was Chris the owner, he said bring it down and rush fee was around $100. I came in that day, and spoke with him. He said he could clean it, put a new OS + remove unwanted apps. make it run faster. He quoted me end of the week + it was done sooner. I think I paid around $430 for rush & repairs. I was happy to pay it because it was done before I left town. They also have refurbished Macs for sale ( which I will be coming back for when this computer stops). Its been 6 weeks I'm using my computer and it works like a charm! Fast and efficient service! I brought my iMac in for a software issue. After installing the new OS, the wireless mouse and WiFi connection wouldn’t work. The professional technician who helped me thoroughly understood my needs and estimated the repair would take a few days. To my surprise, it was ready for pick up later that same day. I highly recommend DC Computers for all your computer needs. They also have a cool Red Ducati motorcycle parked in their showroom! Thanks!

Really chill place. The service is pretty quick and the guys there will call upper management to get you the best deal they can. They also sell a motorcycle for like $20k, you can find a lot of cool stuff i side. Plus there’s Sammy the cat :)
