UPDATE 8/14/2026: the only thing I can recommend to Delk, is that they schedule the next visit timely and notify the homeowner. I had to call them to get my next visit in 9 weeks. Had I not called it would have been easily 11-12 weeks. Other than that, Javier was again diligent and I'm again looking forward to weeks free of pests! ORIGINAL POST: Delk Pest Control was recommended to me by a friend. After moving into our newly constructed house, and with summer kicking in soon, we were thinking about safe guarding our perimeter already. Then came a knock on my door. Brooks Pest Services. The sales person was very friendly, but I nver buy at the door (because there is a reason they have to go door to door ...) and decided to do some proper research. Glad I did. Brooks strengths: signing you up for an annual contract. Delk strenghts: to protect your house where needed, knowing the local pest threats. Delk's price is very reasonable. I wasn't excited about the phone call with the sales rep, because she was likely on a speaker phone, but she said the right things (month on month after the first year, free repeat when experiencing issues in-between treatments, no push for interior treatm

My exterminator is amazing! He provides reliable, efficient, and thorough solutions to keep my home safe from unwanted pests. He is very professional, responds promptly, conducts detailed inspections, and uses safe, effective treatments tailored to each situation. There is always clear, communication, transparent pricing, and it makes me feel confident and informed throughout the process. The best part is that he is great with my dogs. Treats them like family. I highly recommend this company.

Javier Beltran, our "Pest Control Guy" for DELK has been servicing our home for a few years. He is very thorough, yet quick at getting our yard and the house on the outside sprayed on a monthly basis. He is friendly and trustworthy, so you don't have to worry about your yard being damaged in any way or your gates not being closed when he's finished. We have been customers of Delk for 20 years plus (too many to count!) and have never had a negative issue with this company. We have several indoor/outdoor animals that stay in our yard most of the time. We have never had a "flea problem" or any sign of any getting sick from the spray...EVER! If you have "indoor issues" they're very good at doing the job safely, if you have questions, or worries they will be willing to give you the information on the pest product they use. We have used Delk pest control both at our homes and place of business for many years. They are accommodating and never fail to take care of whatever we need , emergent or routine! Ally is great! She knows her stuff, and is always pleasant , going out of her way to take good care of us! Everyone needs pest control at one time or another , or routinely as we do. I've had Delk for a year and a half. From the beginning, they have been top notch customer service from the main office to the service technician, Javier. He keeps me informed of his arrival time, is always on time as well as doing an excellent job. Thank you Delk!
