Joe did an exceptional job! He went to each area mentioned and double checked prior to leaving. We are very much satisfied with his performance. We are pleased to have him in our home taking care of our home general bug prevention on a bi-monthly basis. He also took care of webs that we haven’t had the opportunity to remove due to high ceilings.

Matt was our technician and he was Excellent! He called first to let me know he was on our property and ready to begin service outside first. We’ve had a huge problem with wasps making nests in our eves and a horrible time with mosquitoes. Matt addressed both problems without issue. Once he was inside our home he was extremely personable and let me know how bad our wasps issue was and that he knocked down over 10 large nests. He also pointed out that the tree in the front yard is hanging over and touching the roof, he suggested we might consider having it trimmed back because of the possibility of rodents having easy access to the roof and entering the attic/house. That really caught my attention and I will definitely have that taken care of asap!! We’ve continued to see these little white spiders inside and he took care off those and sprayed the interior baseboards for all typical household bugs etc.. I really appreciated how informative, thorough and friendly Matt was. He is a true asset to Official Pest Prevention. Thanks Matt!

Today Damond serviced our home and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is hands down the best pest control technician I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, Damond has been incredibly professional, punctual, and polite. He doesn't just spray and leave; he actually takes the time to investigate trouble spots, explain his process, and give practical tips to keep pests away. Since Damond started servicing our property, we haven’t had a single issue. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he is always respectful of our home and space. If you want the job done right by someone who genuinely cares about their work, Damond is your guy!

We paid 1 thousand dollars for rodent exclusion and extermination on our property and this company did a cheap and lazy job. They covered the entry points with cheap and flimsy chicken wire and only a few weeks later the rodents have torn it down again. They also missed a huge hole on the side of our house in which rodents were, and the hole was not even hidden, it was obvious. All they really did was put down a few basic mouse traps which you can easily do yourself. Don't hire them, you could easily DIY for a fraction of the absurd price they charge.

We had reached out to Official Pest Prevention last October about a bedbug problem in our home. They came around November and did a “Heat Treatment” on our home. Not only did the driver arrive 8 HOURS LATE, the problem had returned after a few weeks. We also had to move everything out of our home to allow them to get this done. We had reached out again on April of 2026, and they tried to charge us $1500 more for another visit. We spoke to a very helpful worker named Mark, who said an inspection should have been done prior to the first treatment; it had not. So he was able to get a liquid treatment done for us on June 8th. We were promised a 3 hour session, and the technician only came for 1 which told us he was not very thorough. We were also told we’d be having mattress encasements installed for each of our beds. Not only are we out $5000 that we paid upfront to this company, but we are still dealing with this terrible situation. We are beyond frustrated, and wanted to share our experience(s) with this establishment.
