I have been buying server hardware from DiscTech at least since 2016. It has always been a good positive experience and very reasonable prices. Whenever I buy something, I don't have the feeling that I am buying from some random online store. It feels like I am buying from a local neighborhood store. A few times I have needed help to make sure I get the right product and their support has been great. Most recently I needed a new hard drive and Val went above and beyond to make sure I get the HD that would work for me. Thank you DiscTech.

Greate customer support. We needed new disks for 2 "old" Dell servers and as I didn't know how Disctech would perform, I was cautious and ordered just for one of the servers. Val double checked the disks with our server tags and did a great follow up, assisting us through oversea shipment with Fedex. I ended up buying for the other server and even added extra RAM for both of them.

Very impressed with their customer support, and it takes a lot to impress me. We placed a hardware order for one of our clients and they notified us right away that it was out of stock. Excellent products, value and service from DiscTech. I had a FedEx Ground delivery issue with my order. Brian at DiscTech was very friendly and quickly helped out even though it was 100% an issue with FedEx. Very pleased that people at DiscTech care about their customers.
