DO NOT COME HERE. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!! It is a terrible office . Really hard to book and if you are 10 mins late they don’t let you in, and charge an insane cancellation fee. COMPLETE SCAM OFFICE

Unfortunately like many others this may have been the only office in the city that you could find after spending a lot of time searching via your insurance that takes new patients. My hope is enough reviews like this force them to revise their poor and incorrect billing practices. I get two covered preventative visits: 1) Annual physical, 2) women’s wellness exam. Every year they find a “reason” to add an extra charge. This year during my wellness exam my doctor started telling me my blood results from the previous visit. I didn’t ask for this and had already seen the results online. I got charged per their notes stating this was reviewed with me. Healthcare in the US is broken and it’s poor practices like this that perpetuate the issue with little options for patients. If I try to find a new doctor 1) most are not accepting new patients, 2) I’ll be charged a new patient code. This keeps me locked into a practice that finds way to overcharge me every year. I’m sure many of you have gone through the same thing. Let’s start by trying to make a change by calling out this practice to be better and charge patients accurately

Dr G is an extremely caring and thorough Dr who does not rush you through and listen to what you feel your needs are. Current staff does need some improvement on answering the telephone and keeping patients up-to-date on question’s that are asked ins. Timely manner. It would also be great if the front desk could start answering the telephone again.

Service is the best in the Bay Area! There is a reason why I’ve been going to this doctor’s office for almost 10+ years. These doctor’s/nurse’s actually give a damn and don’t just prescribe you with anything just cause. Treat you like family and go out there way to make sure you’re satisfied! I appreciate y’all!

I really like downtown medical group. I saw Meghan Childers multiple times and she was always very helpful. She takes the time to get to know her patients. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Would recommend!
