I went there a few months ago. I usually get regular cleanings and take good care of my teeth. At first, the staff was friendly. However, after my X-rays were done, they told me I had serious dental issues that would get worse if I didn’t start treatment that same day, which really scared me. They strongly pushed a treatment that was far more expensive than I could afford, so I decided to leave without having it done. After I said no, the staff’s attitude toward me changed, and I felt like they treated me differently because I refused the treatment. About a month later, I went to my regular dentist in my home country for a second opinion. He told me that my teeth and gums were perfectly healthy and that I didn’t need any of the treatment they had recommended. I wish I could give zero stars. Based on my experience, I would never go back to this place.

This dental office is exceptional! My family has been coming here for years, and they are always so kind and gentle with us :-) Especially Elena at the front desk, who is always attentive and ready to help; Dr. Bhatt, who is always so caring and available; Ana, the young woman from Ukraine who does such a thorough job cleaning; Erica, who takes the X-rays and is very gentle; and, of course, Dr. Kim, who is very intelligent. Everyone there makes you feel like family with their smiles :-)

The entire staff here is incredibly kind, professional, and supportive of personal care. They took the time to walk me through the entire process of getting an exam, recommended work, and timelines of being seen. Dr. Bhatt, Elena, and Erika were super delightful. I highly recommend you see this wonderful group. They deserve their flowers. They also looked after my precious rabbit and cat while getting seen. Thank you all

I can confidently say that Modern Downtown Dentistry is the BEST dental practice around! From checking in and scheduling with Jonathan at the front desk (an absolute pleasure, and he will do everything he can to help you out), to the experience once you are in the chair is just worry-free and relaxing— a strange thing to say about a dental visit, but it is the truth. I've had some less than good dental experiences in my past, but I have never been more comfortable in a dentist office in my life, and that even counts for the cleaning; Anna is an amazing and skilled dental hygienist, and also a fun person to chat with. I cannot recommend Modern Downtown Dentistry enough; prices are always reasonable, the staff is wonderful, and the experience is as good as a dental visit can possibly be.

Dr. Kaila is very professional, informative, and well educated. The staff here is very personable from the reception, to the x-ray technician I worked with, Veronica, to my hygienist, Elena. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and not pushy on certain procedures. The cleaning and x-rays have been some of the quickest yet thorough I’ve received. Their online booking systems and forms are easy to use and efficient. The charges and coverages are transparent and they are great at providing cost effective care. I don’t know too many people that look forward to dentist appointments but I’m excited to come back in 6 months and check my progress!
