Need some work on updating the bathroom, door, shower, and walls. Old Box TV, picture would go out sometimes. The bed was great! Slept well. NO FREE WIFI! It is small, but the pool is great! No microwave in room. Toilet seat was loose. It was an alright stay. Not in the best area. Homeless hang around there. Isn't very cheap either for the area.

The only hotel available before night one of Taylor swift eras tour in Santa Clara. This place has a very deceptive website. The first room smelled of mold and there was a constant sound of rushing water from behind the bathroom walls. The rooms were dirty There was a dried soap bar in the shower graffiti on the lamp shade and a mystery white substance on the carpet along with other mystery stains throughout the room. Also my daughter couldn't sleep because it was so loud and what sounded like someone trying to break into another room. The black guard "fence" rail on the second story was being held up by zip ties. In our room there was lighter marks in the bathroom and the shower edge. And moisture damage to the bathroom and carpet along with it's share of mystery stains on the walls. Also the t.vs are all from the 90s that keep freezing. I didn't take pictures but my sister had. please Book at your own discretion/ safety

Wouldn't recommend this place. While price was reasonable, there was no note on checking in that the pool, hot tub, and ice machine was not working. In our two bed room, there was only towels for one, there were lightbulbs missing, and the bathroom floor was sticky. There was only one outlet for charging appliances (in the wash area) The plug and network connection for the TV was dangling to the point a tall person could catch their neck on it. The personel at the front desk were less than helpful.

The guy who works front desk in the morning he is heavy set with dark hair he is very rude, bad attitude. Need to learn how to communicate with customers. Not very welcoming. Other than that the price is reasonable and rooms are pretty clean especially since the new male house keeper started working there you can tell which rooms are serviced by him he does an awesome job.
