Technician Seth did a excellent job today! He explained for my initial service what he would be doing today. Personality was wonderful and he was friendly! Very nice person! I'm really happy with my service today and Technician Seth!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 This was my first experience with Earthwise Pest Management! They were recommended to me. So glad I decided to use them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Earthwise Pest Management! From the initial phone call to the service appointment, the entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. They were able to schedule a technician for the very next day, and he arrived right on time. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail without ever trying to upsell my grandparents. What really stood out was their honesty. After almost getting taken advantage of by a door-to-door salesperson from Aptive, I decided to call Earthwise for a second opinion. Our technician Erik performed a detailed inspection of the home and confirmed that only minimal treatment was actually needed. Instead of pushing unnecessary services, they provided an affordable solution that made sense for the situation. Erik even took the time to educate us on the type of roach we were dealing with and explained why it was not the German cockroach infestation we had previously been told we had. Highly recommend Earthwise Pest Management! Coby did an excellent job—he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment and all the self-care practices to keep things safe, and he didn’t mind answering any questions. He also went above and beyond by checking for possible pest entry points and asking great, thoughtful questions. I let him know I’d be out of the unit and left all the lights on, fully expecting to come back and turn everything off myself. To my appreciation, Coby had turned off all the lights and closed up the condo for me—such a thoughtful touch. Earthwise is affordable, professional, and their customer phone service is wonderful. I’m treating a condo I plan to rent and was even able to set up a landlord-style quarterly plan, which gives me peace of mind and helps protect my property for my tenants. All around great, courteous service!

We have been with Earthwise 5 years. The technicians are great!! Zach is ours, always arrives with a smile on his face. We always receive exceptional service. Office personnel extremely helpful, they always try to accommodate their customer's schedule and needs as well ...We're pest FREE!!!
