Update: I believe in giving credit where it is due. After my disappointing initial experience, I spoke with Casey and had a completely different experience. He was professional, polite, and sincerely apologized for the earlier interaction. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding cockroach treatment and even scheduled an inspection visit to make sure we receive the proper treatment. I was genuinely impressed by how seriously he took my concerns and by his willingness to help. This follow-up interaction exceeded my expectations and restored my confidence. Thank you, Casey, for your excellent customer service. Very disappointing customer service experience. I called with a simple question about the general methods used for cockroach treatment, such as whether the company uses sprays, baits, or gels. The representative, Mackenzie, repeatedly said she did not know and refused to provide any information. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no one was available. I was not asking for confidential information, only the kind of general questions any potential customer might ask. Outstanding Service Chez Paige from Pest Pros Solutions came out to my house today and provided an absolutely exceptional, professional service. He took the time to meticulously seal up all the holes and entry points around the perimeter of the house, giving me a clear and thorough explanation of what he was doing and why throughout the whole process. Before leaving, he made sure I had his direct number for any potential follow-up actions if needed. I am incredibly impressed with the level of service and the thorough solutions provided by Pest Pros Solutions. This is hands down the number one pest control company in the area. This company has been great for me and my tenants. I’m an out of state home owner and this company has been great with working with me and my tenants. They are responsive and flexible! The communication they have provided, especially being on different time zones, has been much appreciated!!! Would most definitely recommend them and our guy Daniel! 👍🏽
