This place was excellent in customer service, inquiry response via text message and website, listening to my questions, not rushing, considerate, and professional. I dropped my wedding off that was inherited and passed along to me, it’s priceless. I was really nervous about anyone handling it. These guys answered my questions, let me share my whole life story and all my concerns etc. I was called back within hours of dropping my ring off, they had done a PERFECT JOB AND exceeded my expectations. I will be going back. I recommend this business 10 out of 10.

I had Elegant Jewelry repair my antique garnet earring and bracelet for me. I couldn’t be more happy with their Absolutely Perfect repairs!! In addition to the friendly and professional staff, the work exceeded my expectations (PERFECTION:-) and was done quickly and at a great price. I cannot recommend Elegant Jewelry enough and will never go anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs!!! I can’t even tell where the repairs were made and all pieces were missing many stones! AMAZING 🤩!!

Bought wedding bands here. I'm bad with names but everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with. The prices were reasonable and the service was quick. We're very happy with our purchase and I would recommend this business to anyone.

I want to compliment Elegant Jewelers for a great experience when I visited the store over the weekend. Bona repaired a irreplaceable lock on a chain that I purchased back in 2022. I stayed in the store while the repair was being done. I watched him carefully perform his "art" on my chain. He truly is an artist. When the job was complete I was 100 percent satisfied with the work performed. I also want to compliment Dominic who made me feel welcomed in their place of business. Not only does this father and son make a great team they are quality human beings. That means a lot to me. Great customer service from quality people, what more can you ask for.
