Unfortunately this place would no longer be getting business for me. I brought a set of brand new tires and wheels for my truck in to get mounted and balanced. Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires and vision wheels. They vibrated badly at highway speeds. Then I took the truck in for an alignment. After the technician was done he just parked it. Didn't take it for a test drive. When I took the truck away the steering wheel was still off-center. Then I brought my passenger car in to get a new set of tires installed that I had bought. Once again at highway speeds I got a lot of vibrations. I brought the car back in. They agreed to rebalance them again. The technician pointed out that one of the tires was out of round and cupping. Okay fair. However after they rebalance the tires and put them back on the vibrations were far worse. So rather than waste my time going back there again I went to Lloyd's tire and Auto in Scotts valley since I live in Santa Cruz. I'm so glad I did. The vibrations are almost completely gone after they rebalance them. In addition to that this car has lug bolts not lug nuts. It's an alpha Romeo. The lug bolts were tightened far far too much. Best tire shop in San Jose! Will always bring my cars to elite for any alignment and tire needs. They have worked on my 2022 Tesla model 3, 2003 Silverado, 2012 GT500 and have always done a great job.
