We’re extremely pleased with the work from Express Electrical Services completed at our home. Josh and JC arrived right on time and made a great first impression. Josh thoroughly reviewed the project with us, which involved upgrading our outdated 1950s electrical panel along with replacing all wall outlets and several light switches—a substantial two-day job. Once the panel upgrade was finished, Josh walked us through the newly labeled system and clearly explained the next steps for the city inspection, which we passed without any issues. Throughout the entire process, both Josh and JC were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They kept everything clean and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and well-managed. A truly great experience from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Express Electrical Services to anyone who is looking for an electrician.

I called them over a doorbell malfunction on a Friday afternoon and the receptionist said the earliest they can get to me was on a Monday from 1 to 4. The day before I get a text message to confirm the appointment with a time limit before they automatically cancel it. I confirm and wait for them to arrive. Monday rolls around and I kept waiting until the techs are over an hour past the time window. I sent a text and got a reassurance that they're still on their way or I could reschedule. My situation was urgent so I opted to wait. Four more hours pass and I ask if they can still get the equipment needed to perform the repairs at 9PM. The answer I got tipped me off that I was talking to an AI chat bot the whole time. I doubt it even bothered to alert the techs that my property was still on rotation for that day. I ended up canceling my appointment with them and looked elsewhere. Don't bother with these guys, they don't use real people for customer service.

I had a power surge and the lights were no longer working and when I reinstalled new dimmers myself they sparked and got damaged. Jay from express electrical services came and was very friendly and thorough assessing the situation, he gave me different options and addressed and fixed the issue. Thank you Jay! You did great.

Saul, our electrician from Express was pretty incredible, and the company itself provided us with amazing service. I called Express because I just moved into a new place only to find that half the electrical outlets didn’t even work. I needed help right away and although they were booked up for the day, they managed to squeeze me in for same day service. Saul showed up on time, was professional and polite and even put up with my crazy Boxer. He provided us good, better, best options and went thru what was involved with each in just the right amount of detail. We chose the middle option and he got right to work. The most crucial parts of the job were resolved in just a cpl hours and the rest by done the next morning. If you’ve ever hired a contractor, you know how rare it is to expect this level of service. All in all, he went above & beyond what was required and left us feeling like we had a great experience. If all contractors conducted themselves in a similar manner, a lot more work would get done and there’d be more happy homeowners than angry ones who felt taken advantage of. Tread very lightly from using this company! We needed emergency services due to all power going out at my mom’s house. We new upgrades were necessary but $32,851.98 later to remove 100amp breaker panel and add 200amp breaker panel, pull wires and add new wire, removed old outlets and added new outlets. We were told all old outlets would be patched, nope they left holes wide open in every room after service was done. It’s been nearly a month since work was done and been battling to get a receipt. They seem to think it’s ok to take peoples money in full when work is done but don’t give a receipt in return. I’ve reported this to BBB. The work they did in my opinion doesn’t equate to $32,851.98 will never use this company ever again in future, absolutely disgusting company. Look at the photos these were when they said the job is done.
