His knowledge and expertise were evident as he answered all my questions with ease. Overall, I had a great experience with Mariano and his team.

Jordan was our technician and he was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He arrived on time and fixed our electrical issue proficiently. The repair cost was a little more than I was expecting, but definitely not unreasonable. I would use them again in the future.

Broke the light switch in my bathroom at 3:00 in the morning. Called Powell at 8:01. They said they could be there at 10:00 am. Luis arrives at 9:00 am. Showed him what I did, he told me what was needed and the cost and just like that I was back in business. He was out the door by 9:45. Very happy and feeling stress free right now. We take for granted that everything is always going to work so when the switch broke in the middle of the night imagine my panic. I’d called one other company and they said they could come on Monday. Monday! It’s Friday today!! Can’t even imagine waiting that long. Really appreciate that Powell was able to send someone so much sooner than I expected. Back at peace now. Thanks Powell!!!

Fantastic experience with Doug - he listened to my problems at my new house which had lights with no switches to turn them off (for real), missing electrical and other stuff, came up with solutions, explained cost estimates and made a plan that works for me. Clear, efficient, honest and I enjoyed talking with him as well. Excellent people. Highly recommend this company. I need to add to this review! John, Kevin and Jovanny came back today to execute on the plan made with Doug. These guys are so professional and did a fantastic job. I have a fully lit studio, an extra plug in my exterior, they troubleshot and got rid of the lights that would never turn off and gave me new fixtures that I like. All in the most personable way. I was able to work while they were working and they were very careful of my cat who is into escaping but is so new to the neighborhood she will get lost so she had to be kept inside. Just a great company. I will not hesitate to call them for all my future needs.
