Dr. Bertolucci is amazing! Caring , detailed and thorough. The office however is hard to get a hold of and when I went into a prior appointment (after driving 25 min to get there) they didn’t get authorization for me to come from my insurance. Very frustrating. The next visit I asked if they could ask for authorization 4 weeks early instead of 1-2 weeks as it takes a while with my insurance ,they said, “No we can’t do that.” Poor customer service in that area. Took. an hour out of my day by the time I got back home.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have nothing positive to say about them. Starting with setting the first appointment. No answer, long hold time. I called for an appointment with an opthalmologist to look into eye disease causing recurring uveitis. I made certain on that first call that I was needing to see an opthalmologist NOT an optometrist. Big difference. A few days prior to the set appointment I called to be sure that I was seeing the opthalmologist not optometrist AGAIN. Showed up for appointment only to sit and wait. Decided to check again on which type of Dr I was seeing. Finally get into the exam room. Wait longer. Two or three different people come in to tell me it'll be another few minutes. The Dr arrives and starts the exam. I tell her I'm there because of the uveitis flares and we are looking for a cause. She proceeds with what is the basic eye exams. Nothing said about disease or illness. Maybe blurry vision etc is from my eyelashes growing down and bothering me?! Boy were they ready to jump on the surgery train to fix that almost immediately! I leave thinking all is well. Fast forward to today, more than 12 months later, I received a bill stating I owe $$ f

Extremely professional, knowledgeable & will guide you through your eyes issues. My daughter who is a nurse recommended Fogg Remington when I asked her for an eye doctor. Excellent recommendation from her as they are guiding me through my journey dealing with glaucoma which they diagnosed me as having

I recently had a wonderful experience at Eye Medical Center. A special thank you to Chris, who helped me pick out my glasses. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest while helping me choose frames that looked good on me! Excellent customer service and care all around. I highly recommend Eye Medical Center to anyone looking for quality eye care ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Gaede had some big shoes to fill. My prior eye doctor was my awesome doctor of 25+years until she retired. I am SO lucky to have Dr Gaede to step seamlessly in. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly is communicative and clear in his answers to questions. Plus he he has a fun personality and puts you at ease. Not that I am nervous around an eye doctor but he’s genuinely a warm and caring doctor. I think if someone got bad news about their eyesight he would be very kind and straightforward in delivering the prognosis. I recommend him unreservedly. Great guy and even better doctor.
