I brought my 5 year old daughter in for a visit and had the best experience with the staff at Fig Garden Optometry. Dr Jensen was a joy to meet and to talk to. She had a lot of knowledge and education to share which was incredibly helpful. She did so well with my daughter and for that I am so thankful! Key points: timely, great with children, kind, friendly staff, informative and easy to schedule an appointment. Would absolutely recommend!

I see Dr. Alicia Liao...been going here for a couple years and just love how great she takes care of me. She is gentle, explains everything thoroughly for me to understand. I have family history of Glaucoma and Dr. Liao goes the extra mile to check my eyes and reassure me that my eyes so far are doing well. The office staff is great and always professional. I will continue with my exams and visits here...great team of staff and Doctors.

Today was my first visit at the office and I had to bring my two kids with me (4 and 1 1/2) and everyone was so kind, understanding, and patient. Dr Jansen was so kind and helpful with tips for me. At the end of the visit they had a treasure box the kids can pick a present from. Overall such a great experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a new optometrist.

This was my first time at Fig Garden Optometry. They were very efficient and friendly. Check in went smoothly, and I went right into my appointment. I went through the tests, and noticed they have modern technology. My eye doctor was really good, and explained everything clearly to me. I didn’t feel I was being upsold at all. I am hopeful that my new glasses will work well for me. But for now, it is 5 stars and I am staying at this practice.

I am dropping this place like a bad habit! Had a pretty good experience up until recently. Took a pair of frames I bought there previously in to have new prescription lenses. After a few weeks get the call to pick them up. The girl brings them out and the rim is broken and the lense is popped out. The glasses had never had a single sign of damage prior! They charged me $170 to buy new frames. Then after weeks of trying to talk to Dr. Jensen about the wrong doing and initiating a lawyer due to her neglecting to responding. They returned half the money that I had paid. Somehow they felt I was partly financially responsible for their office and lab damaging my property while in their possession. I have changed optometrists, this was probably the most u professions thing I’ve experienced in a medical setting to date. Know your rights before using this place.
