I called around looking for a shop to check my car as it had a couple outstanding issues I had not gotten around to fixing. I called ahead of time and Daniel, had talked with me about the issues I was having and asked me to bring my car in. I got to the shop and the drop off was a breeze! He said his techs would check out the cars and he would give me a call back regarding the what they saw. He called me the very next day to go over the needed repairs and optional approaches. I liked this because I did not feel like I was getting sold on unnecessary repairs or costs for more expensive parts. He said he could get me OEM or after market and gave me his opinion. Given that the car was an older model he also stated minor cosmetic repairs were not absolutely and that replacing parts would be costly. So instead of having the part replaced (it was a side skirt for the exterior of the car) he asked if I wanted the original part reattached with an adhesive. He also checked my rotors and again, gave me options, but for performance and safety, he recommended OEM and helped me weigh my options. I had asked how long the repair would take and he said the average was a couple weeks.... I got a ca

I can’t say enough good things about Family 1. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and incredibly fair. Not only did they do excellent quality work, but everything was completed in a very timely manner. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never once tried to upsell unnecessary work. It’s rare to find a business this trustworthy and customer-focused. I had a great experience with this repair center. From the moment I reported the accident to the completion of the repairs, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about anything because they took care of the entire process for me. The staff members were extremely kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole experience. They kept me updated and made the stressful situation much easier to deal with. The repair quality was excellent, and my car looks great again. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this repair center to anyone who needs accident repairs.

I really like their jobs. I had them work on my car for 2 different times, they are very detailed, good communication, and after care. Also my insurance didn’t cover all the cost of rental car while car is at shop for 3 weeks, but they found and offer a affordable rental car within my coverage and I didn’t have to pay any extra which the other shop wouldn’t do. They did all the work in between insurance so made it easier. They always follow up and do a good after care. Highly recommended.

I got into my first ever fender bender, and my family member referred me to family 1. I had no experience with how to proceed but they handheld me every step of the way, which I really appreciated. They helped me with filing a claim with my insurance company, got me a rental car, and regularly kept me updated on my car’s status. They also were very transparent with the cost of repairs, and there were no added surprise costs at the end. I also went to other body shops for quotes, but family 1 offered the most competitive pricing. Another thing I really appreciated was that when I dropped off my car it was super dirty, but when I picked it up, they had given it a thorough clean and was sparkling! I highly recommend family 1 to everyone, and they have got a customer in me for life!
