I cannot recommend Fix DTLA enough! My car was involved in an arson situation and Fix went above and beyond dealing with my insurance and making sure it looks brand new. They were very communicative throughout the process and were true to their deadline. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Fix Auto Downtown Los Angeles. I took my car in because the door needed to be replaced after it was damaged in a collision. From start to finish the customer service was top notch. The team kept me updated throughout the process and handled everything with my insurance company, which made the whole situation stress-free. The turnaround time was quick and when I picked up my car it looked amazing. They even detailed the car after the repair and it honestly looked like the accident never happened. If you go there, ask for Alberto. He’ll take good care of you.

I brought my vehicle to Fix Auto after the driver-side window was vandalized in Downtown Los Angeles. Darwin and Alberto were attentive and courteous throughout the intake process, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, I am disappointed with the detailing service performed by Monkey Spa Auto Detail (Pico & Flower), which was selected by Fix Auto. A charge of $250 was submitted for the cleaning. For that price, the results were well below standard. The vehicle was not properly washed, and the interior was not vacuumed to a level that reflects a $250 service. Broken glass debris remained, and the overall finish did not meet reasonable expectations. I was informed that State Farm only covers removal of broken glass, not a full wash or interior detail. Understood. However, $250 for limited debris removal without a proper vacuum or wash does not align with typical market value. At that price point, a customer reasonably expects thorough service and professional attention to detail. This is not about seeking extras — it is about quality and pride in workmanship. When customers entrust their vehicles to your network, the service should reflect the standards of the businesses
