I highly recommend Forever Diamond. I’ve used several of their services, and each experience was excellent! When my vintage ring started to show its age, the Forever Diamond team restored it beautifully. They also provided an appraisal, which made the process even more convenient. When I had a vision for my wedding band, they brought it to life perfectly. They answered all my questions and worked closely with us to customize our bands so that it fits with my engagement ring. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with how our rings turned out! We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the level of service we received!

I’ve had my bracelet since for 23 years, and had accidentally broken it. Thankfully I was able to recover it to its original form and even had adjustments made to have it fit better. Overall, I had a great experience! They were incredibly fast and efficient, and I appreciate the attention to detail. I love how it turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing jewelry adjustments!

Such an amazing family run business with incredibly trustworthy people. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. They created a custom initial pendant for me that came out absolutely beautifully—I wear it every day and get so many compliments on it. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and they took the time to guide me through every step of the custom design process. They listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I was having issues with my center Diamond popping out of my engagement ring and after three times if it happening every couple years, I decided to try a different jeweler and was told about forever diamonds by family and friends. The experience from beginning to end was perfect, Jonathan was very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cared about what I was trying to get accomplished. He also helped me come up with a solution for the original head of my ring that resulted in an heirloom that I will now have for my daughter. Megan made sure that I always was up-to-date on what was going on with the work on my ring and they were gracious enough to get it ready before I headed back out of town. The workmanship looks to be incredible and I am very excited to enjoy my ring for many more years to come. I highly recommend Forever Diamonds, thank you Jonathan and Megan!
