recently purchased an 18k Miami Cuban chain from Gold Empire Jewelry and had an outstanding experience working with Johnny. Before visiting Gold Empire, we had already looked at chains at five or six different jewelry stores throughout the LA Jewelry District. While Johnny didn't initially have the exact chain I was looking for in stock, he was able to quickly source one through his supplier network. The chain he found ended up being the highest quality piece we saw and was offered at the best price of any option we came across. What really set Johnny apart was his transparency and communication throughout the process. He was straightforward, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. In my opinion, a great jeweler is defined not only by what's in their display cases, but by the strength of their network of suppliers, repair professionals, and watch service providers. Johnny clearly has all of those relationships in place, which gave me confidence that I was working with someone who can help with much more than a single purchase. I can't say enough good things about Johnny and his work. I came to Gold Empire Jewelry to purchase an engagement ring because Johnny was highly recommended by my close friend. In my past experience, going to a jeweler was very intimidating, but that wasn't the case at all with Johnny. He provided me with all the information needed and was willing to work around my budget to determine what would be the best ring for my fiancée. He is also very polite and kind in every interactions that we have. Needless to say, I will definitely recommend Johnny to all of my friends who are in need of engagement/wedding rings, even other forms of jewelries, because I know Johnny will provide them with the best service.

What can we say, Johnny is amazing! We have been working with him for years, and he has truly become a pivotal part of our family story. It started with a surprise engagement ring, and because that experience was so painless and smooth, we returned for our wedding bands and subsequently a beautiful pair of diamond earrings. What sets him apart is his communication and willingness to listen. He is incredibly accommodating with custom requests, always asking for feedback to ensure the design is exactly what we envisioned. I came here with my fiancé back in February to create a custom ring - my brother in law had gotten a ring for his wife from Johnny and recommended him to us. I wanted a three stone ring with pink diamond accents and Johnny helped us create a masterpiece - I get SO many compliments on my ring. We got my wedding band here too so I created the set on the spot. I felt the ring was reasonably priced for the level of customization and craftsmanship. He communicates clearly and frequently throughout the whole process. Also bonus - my fiancé got Johnny in on proposal plans in case I messaged him asking for an update on the ring's status! (The ring was quickly produced in a few weeks, but my fiancé needed to stall for a little extra time before the big day and told me a white lie about Johnny's team needing a little extra time.) Happily engaged and love my ring!
