Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Los Angeles is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Bring a sweater!!! The museum is like an igloo. An amazing one, nevertheless. Our favorite part was the second floor where we were able to produce and record music. Very fun and interactive. Great for all ages!

Really enjoyable museum, especially if you love music and recording history. The exhibits are modern, interactive, and well organized, with a nice mix of memorabilia, videos, and hands-on experiences. It’s also smaller than expected — you can comfortably see everything in less than an hour if you move at a normal pace. Easy stop if you’re exploring downtown LA and definitely worth visiting for music fans.

I highly recommend the GRAMMY Museum — it’s truly an incredible place. If you’re a fan of music, this is a must-visit when you’re in Los Angeles. The exhibits are constantly changing, so every visit feels a little different, which makes it even more interesting. What I loved the most is that it’s not just a museum you walk through — it’s interactive. You can actually play instruments, and there’s even a special room where you can perform and record your own song, which is such a fun experience. The museum also features beautiful outfits worn by artists at the Grammy Awards, as well as different types of Grammy trophies from various years — it really gives you a sense of the history behind the music industry. There is paid parking, but you can get validation at the museum exit, which helps you save a few dollars. Definitely worth checking out!

Recommended incredible museum. If you are a fan of music, you must attend this museum. It has revolving exhibits and it’s different every time that I go there. It is historic. Located within walking distance of the Peacock Theatre, and Crypto Arena (formally the Staple Center). They also have a large gift shop with lots of music and Grammy related items. Be sure to check it out if you’re in Los Angeles.
