I believe his name was Josh. Absolutely amazing and very patient with my friend and i as we had to bring our frenchie in for a little check up. My friend was a little frazzled and basically let me take over the visit and i could tell Josh could sense that. He had no problem communicating with me in regards to our little guy. Amazing service. I would never recommend Grand Animal Hospital based on my experience. I brought my dog in for a urine test and was told she had “crystals in her urine.” During the appointment, the veterinarian presented prescription food as the only option and made it sound like this was a significant issue that required immediate dietary intervention. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I sought a second opinion. The second veterinarian reviewed the original report and found that it documented only a single crystal—not multiple crystals as had been implied to me. They also performed their own evaluation and confirmed that my dog does not currently have crystals in her urine and is perfectly healthy. What is most concerning is that I felt pressured into purchasing a prescription diet without being given a complete picture of the results or informed of other possible explanations and treatment approaches. As a pet owner, I rely on veterinary professionals to provide accurate information and present all reasonable options, not use language that creates unnecessary fear or urgency. We were visiting for the holiday. My dog developed significant vomiting and diarrhea. She was seen quickly. The treatment was most reasonable, my dog improved relatively quickly and was well enough to sneak some sniffs of the local delicacies Prices are very reasonable. Would certainly use their services in the future if needed.

I recently took my dog in for his annual check-up, and I was very happy with the experience! Moving to a new state with a dog who had a pretty rare health condition made me nervous about finding the right veterinary care, but Grand made me feel at ease. The staff was welcoming and took the time to listen to all of my concerns about my dog’s health and history. The vet was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his examination. I left feeling reassured and confident that we’ve found a quality, caring vet. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received. I will be continuing my dog’s care here!
