I submitted the new patient form online, tried calling to make an appointment with no answer, received an email a day later saying to call for an appointment, called again and left a voicemail...haven't heard back. I guess they're just THAT busy which makes me think they're overwhelmed with current patients and don't need/care about my business. I guess good for them! Sooo I called another vet and was able to get an appointment scheduled over the phone within 5 minutes.

The entire staff from accounting, receptionists & veterinary doctors are amazing! They literally changed our dog Jagger’s life for the better. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend KVH to treat your dogs plus help keep them happy & healthy!

Wonderful fear free vets and tech staff. Always available for after care questions. I have a very nervous pup and they accommodate him the very best they can. I trust them implicitly with my 2 dogs and aging cat.

I used to take my dog to a large vet network and not only could I never get an appointment, but she hated it. I was so excited to get her into Kensington as a patient and even more excited during her first appointment when they sat on the ground giving her cookies to make her feel comfortable in the new environment. Now she LOVES going to the vet (even for jabs!). The Kensington staff is amazing, treating their patients with so much love and their fur parents with respect. Not only does the doctor email me a full summary of the appointment directly following it, but they also always check in the day after my dog receives a shot or procedure to see how she’s doing. These are such little things that go a long way in making me feel comfortable with my baby in their hands. Also, it is actually possible to get a same day appointment when I have an immediate health concern for my dog! Anytime a friend of mine is getting a pet I tell them to try to get into Kensington.

Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. From the phone to the many doctors there, my dog Teddy was always able to feel cared for and nothing was rushed or forced on us. Dr Rose was our primary doctor and she has been wonderful to work with. My dog doesn't warm up to many people but she has a way of gaining his trust and she takes the time to explain, in detail, what his problems are and how we can fix them. Her follow up is amazing. The best Vet I have ever worked with, hand down!
