I shop here quite often. They have good deals on canned and bottle drinks. I usually buy more than one to stock up. I was reaching for a third drink and wanted to slip one in my back pocket to carry all three. Before I could, some random guy NOT in uniform and doesn’t identify himself - aggressively tells me “don’t put anything in your pocket! I have workers here in high alert.” I assumed he was the manager and assured him I’m not stealing and that I always shop here. He shrugs it off and walks away. Yes it looked like I could have been stealing but he could have at least communicated more respectfully. What a bad interaction. I put back the drinks and left.

The prices are good and sales are great. I've shopped there many years and limit my shopping now because several times items are unpriced or mispriced, it is unsafe and inconvenient to enter as the front door is locked, staff is unwelcoming or abrupt and the store merchandise is messy. I also have to closely watch the dates on their merchandise and produce is often old. This was a nice store when it first opened but it has definitely declined over since it opened. Management needs to do better.

I like this particular location because they had a lot of gourmet and organic options that I don't usually see. It was fun shopping and I have been making awesome meals since my shopping trip. The pricing was awesome for the meats I picked up like tri-tip steaks and organic chicken breasts. If you need to pick up a meal for tonight I highly recommend checking here first. Bon appetit!

good place to buy, my only complaint is that theres no bathroom for customers, i was in urgent to use a bathroom found one an employee told is only for employees, whent outside and leak on thw parking im a man but theres was and old 67 years old lady in same situationthey told her go to starbucks we did but we had to buy something to use restroom; is a shame that having bathroom they cannot share with customers when all markets around the area does 3ven when they are employees restrooms

This place is quick and easy to access. It has an underground parking lot that then leads right to the garage side entrance to the grocery outlet. It's not as large as other grocery outlets that say in Pasadena, but it has all the same things. Just not large quantities of them but I find that the prices are so ridiculous low that it's hard to not add it as a first stop and then after going there I would go. Let's say two Vons or Albertsons to fulfill all my other shopping needs. Breads are fresh. Juices are fresh. They even have baked items. And one thing I like a lot about this place is the different specials that come in. Yes, they are things that you can't always get there but that's what makes them special. Sometimes they have the sun-dried tomatoes, an oil. Very large quantities for such a cheap price. So delicious! I wish they had them all the time
