I had a great shopping experience. The store was neat and organized, and I was happy to find everything I was looking for in stock. The employee who helped me was very helpful, and Owen at checkout was friendly and made the visit even better.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Today I had one of the most horrible experiences at a supermarket, ever. The cashier gave me the wrong receipt. She failed to take accountability. Insisting that she gave it to me, even though I never left the check stand. They I asked the bald head for help and all he can say was, you didn’t go through my line. Like really? You can’t reprint a receipt? 2026 and can’t provide a receipt is hilarious. Wait, there’s more. So little guy comes by, and takes information at what time the transaction happened. I was happy because I thought he went to go print it out. The guy takes 20 min and comes back with a picture showing the cashier giving me the wrong receipt. At that point, I just gave up. I asked if he could reprint it, he said no. I said you could’ve just told me that and I wouldn’t have waited. He says ok. With ZERO remorse, zero apologies from anyone. Does customer service no longer exist? Are these workers not being held accountable? Do not go to this location and save yourself a headache

This place looks and feels like a third world country. Pulled up and there is trash and broken glass covering the parking lot, already a great feeling before even entering the store. The armed guard at the entrance also gives quite a bit of discomfort. What grocery store needs an armed guard?? This place looks and feels like a war zone. Had to use the restroom during my visit but you have to be let in to use the restrooms by an employee. The men’s restroom was absolutely DISGUSTING! There is graffiti covering the walls, spit wads on the ceiling, and an overall grime that makes me really baffled that this place hasn’t been shut down for health code violations. There are no toilet paper holders, the soap dispensers are broken, and all paper products are placed either on the ground or on the ADA grab bars. You can tell they’ve attempted to clean up the graffiti on the entry door but even that work is shoddily done where the door paint is on the surrounding 2” of wall tile. We don’t have to accept this reality for ourselves people, come on. Do better.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few weeks now and it’s always a pleasant experience. Fresh fruit, clean aisles and hardly any pets in the store. However, today was the most pleasant experience of all. My cashier Otilio was such a joy. Friendly, singing and even bagged my few items for me. He gave every customer attention as if they were the only person on line. I really appreciated that it truly made my day. His kindness gave me the boost I needed to go home and cook dinner! Thanks Otilio!

Why is it like this EVERY TIME I COME IN HERE! Why have so many cashier registers empty! Hire enough to stand at all!!!! This makes no sense and every line is the long. One star, and that star is ONLY for Juana. Every single time I come to this Vons, the lines are outrageously long. Tonight I stood in line for over 35 minutes just to check out groceries after a full workday. There were multiple registers sitting empty while only a few cashiers were working and lines were wrapped with people waiting. Thank you to Juana, who eventually came to help after multiple calls for assistance. She is always polite, patient, professional, and kind even while clearly being overwhelmed and understaffed. She deserves recognition and honestly deserves a raise for the amount of stress she deals with daily. But Vons management should be ashamed of how poorly this store is staffed. Please do not insult customers by pretending there “isn’t budget” for more employees. Vons is an expensive grocery store where nothing is cheap. The money is clearly there. Customers should not be spending almost an hour waiting in checkout lines at night because management refuses to properly staff the store. People
