Brought my 2013 dodge dart in for repairs pertaining to over heated engine cracked head damaged water pump leaking radiator in 2025 after one year my car has performed beyond my expectations no over heated thermostat car runs great I’ve had no problems now 2026 I’m getting an oil charge right here at hai’s , they absolutely the best ! Highly recommended

I’ve been taking my Jeep Wrangler to Brian and his crew for the past 7 years and I could not be happier with all he’s done for me. He’s kept my Jeep running great and is always fair. Best of all he gives me options when he can and turns it around fast. I can’t recommend him enough!!!

Brought my car in to get a new oil pan gasket. Got quoted a super good price. Service was great and quick. Kind staff. My car is a pain in the butt to work on and he didn’t charge me any extra. They’re our new mechanic. Will be back!!

I had my clutch replaced here and it was returned to me with the clutch slipping. I brought the car back multiple times but they refused to acknowledge or fix it, acted like they didn’t know what was going on instead of properly fixing the issue. I was forced to take it to another shop, where it was 100% confirmed the clutch was slipping and had been installed incorrectly (I have pictures to prove it). This situation costed me THOUSANDS of extra dollars, multiple days of wasted time and missed work to correct their mistake. Extremely disappointing. This could have been years of business and loyalty if they had just taken responsibility and done the job right. When people have extremely busy lives and just need their car to work, the last thing they need is to deal with something like this. They turned a quick, simple job that any shop could handle into an expensive, time-wasting nightmare for me. Save yourself the headache.

I brought it in because I thought it might be a blown head gasket but luckily I was wrong. The problem was the spark plug wires and spark plugs. The car also needed new struts and brakes. The were very good with communication, timing, and price. I will use them from now on for all my on.
