Iβve been going to Hapa a little under a year and I love it! Iβd highly recommend coming here. All instructors are friendly and clearly knowledgeable, and thereβs a lot of different classes at different times which makes finding one that fits into my schedule easy. They also do promotions/sales often which makes it more affordable. The space is nice too with lots of amenities in the locker room, and parking is always easy (something I especially looked for when finding a studio). I take their Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes and enjoy them all for different reasons. Iβd recommend trying a variety when you first sign up to figure out which kinds you like best and what instructors you prefer, since while theyβre all great some have different styles than others. I especially appreciate that instructors offer modifications to make things easier or harder depending on what you are feeling that day. They really emphasize listening to your body, which I think is refreshing relative to typical exercise classes.

Been going to Hapa sporadically for a couple of years for the Hot as a Mutha class and really enjoy it. The instructors are great and the temperature is like it should be. My one complaint is that I don't like music with words while doing this style of yoga. It breaks my concentration....it could just be me. Aside from that, definitely recommended. Well priced, great variety of class offerings and times and nice intro client offer. Easy to get to right off of the 8 freeway & plenty of parking at the times I've gone.

Hapa Yoga has become so much more than a studio to my husband Chris and me. It's become home. What started as a yoga class quietly became one of the most cherished parts of our week. Every weekend, we do hot yoga together, then Soapy Joe's, then brunch. Our little "day date." It's such a small thing, but it's ours special treat. But what moves me most is Tina. Tina is the heart and soul of this place. She's not just an incredible owner, she's a genuinely kind, caring human and someone I'm grateful to call a friend. This past year, going through cancer treatment, Tina has checked in on me personally with so much care and sincerity. That kind of love is rare, and I feel so blessed to be part of this community. And it goes beyond yoga. Tina thoughtfully offers special workshops and experiences that make Hapa a true haven for health and wellness. You can feel the intention behind everything she creates. Harley at the front desk greets you like you belong there (because you do), and the instructors, Regan, Aryn, Viviane, Tiffany, Sam, Jenna, Sam P, Michal, and Yael, are honestly some of the best in all of San Diego. Each one brings something unique and beautiful to their classes. Y

This studio has something for everyone. Iβve tried many yoga studios in San Diego and this one definitely has the most variety, at all levels. This studio is amazing if youβre looking to start slow and build up your abilities. Highly recommend!

Hapa Yoga is an amazing yoga studio where you can transform your health and also build community. I have been going to Hapa since 2021 and frequently attend the Hot as Mutha hot yoga classes- the teachers are wonderful and take time to help you through poses and sequences and always guide the class through multiple levels whether you are a beginner or advanced. Through the last 5+ years I have been able to take most classes from vinyasa, TRX, gentle, Pilates, and Barre. This studio fosters community centered around health and wellness. Tina the owner has become a true friend and is someone who is invested in all of her students well being- what makes Hapa super special is how Tina brings to life the culture of Hapa through offering YTT and leading this herself to teaching hands on with multiple classes. One of the BEST things about Hapa is the prenatal and postnatal yoga classes and baby and me/toddler/kids yoga. I have personally gone through prenatal with two children and did baby and me with both and the toddler class and even helped sub for the toddler class. Offering these classes has created a space where mothers can grow together and have shared community as a new mom all c
