This fun family place with kiddie rides, lemurs, petting zoo, puppet show, picnic areas and restaurants with lots of shade. ISMAEL saw my clipper card and offered me $2 off admission, what a great employee focused on getting people to see a customer service approach. EWAN managed 2 rides and even kindly asked a gentleman waiting in line without his kids in front of you that all riders must in line, not on the current ride and jumping back in line to cut out those waiting. ThanksEWAN! We enjoyed several rides, the fósil sand area, zookeepers talk, animal encounters, and 3 pigs puppet show. The restaurant offers quick but not fast food with a great salad with chicken and fresh greens. Our group had chicken fingers and French fries and Pepsi products and sparkling water. Shaded areas made the day much easier. Van accessible parking for $10 by card or cash. Parking is a walk from entrance. Accessible dedicated stall for men and for women with diaper changer. Options for annual passes for price of 3 visits a year

First time there: easy to find, ample parking, many restrooms, no lines for the rides on a Thursday, our kids loved it, many trees keep the park area fresh on a hot day, friendly staff, and we plan to return. We spent one hour at the rides section, park area, and didn’t get a chance to see the animals.

Went to Happy Hollow Park & Zoo recently and is such a cute and family-friendly place with adorable animals! It’s a great spot for kids since there are play areas, mini rides, and plenty of things to keep them entertained! The best part in my opinion is the petting area! The zoo is easy to explore without being overwhelming. Some enclosures could definitelt be more kept. I got to see the new red panda!! Its definitely a fun place for family to go for a day trip!

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended – Perfect Balance of Fun, Shade, and Value! ​Happy Hollow is an extremely good park! It’s the perfect size—not too big to leave you feeling exhausted, but definitely big enough to offer plenty of entertainment and great picnic spots. It strikes a wonderful balance between a zoo and rides, keeping both kids and adults thoroughly entertained. ​One of the absolute best parts of this park is the incredible amount of shade. Thanks to trees being everywhere, even when the weather gets hot, it doesn't actually feel hot while you're walking around. ​Pro-Tips for Your Visit: ​Go early in the morning: I highly recommend doing the zoo portion first. By the afternoon, many of the animals are taking rests and are harder to spot. ​Animal variety: There aren't a ton of animals to see right now, but I'm really hoping they expand and add more in the near future. ​Membership & Cost: Overall, I highly recommend visiting! We paid $43 per person for the Summer Pass, which is an amazing deal. It gives you unlimited visits on both weekdays and weekends from mid-May through September 7: absolutely worth buying if you plan to go more than twice. Just keep in mind that most members

Nice small zoo. Great for children 10 and under if u ask me. There were rides, entertainment and food. Dont expect to see big animals. Volunteers were there painting & cleaning enclosures so most animals were not there. You have to pay for parking there. I think I paid $10. I didn't stay long. Maybe an hr and a half. It wasn't enough there to keep me entertained, but perfect for lil ones.
