My wife and I dropped in for a class during a weekend trip to San Francisco and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! We were greeted upon entry by the loveliest human who was beyond welcoming and provided us with mats to borrow for class. We attended the 9am vinyasa+sound bath class and it was an absolute blast! We will for be back for another class next time we are in town!

The first ten minutes of the class was a lot of talking about the history of yoga and no movement so I kinda zoned out on that, but the rest of the class was good. I really enjoyed the teacher breaking down small movements (like pigeon) and explaining why he was directing us the way he was. I have a bad knee, so I really appreciated it. I’ll have to try another instructor and class and see how it goes. But a beautiful studio!

I absolutely love practicing at Haum Yoga Studio in the Haight! The space itself is incredibly serene and welcoming --it truly feels like a sanctuary right in the heart of the city. The studio is beautiful and welcoming. What really sets this place apart, though, are the instructors. They create such a supportive environment that makes every class feel special, whether you're looking to challenge yourself or just find some grounding. The community vibe is authentic and inclusive, and you can tell how much care goes into making this space feel like a true yoga home. If you are looking for a fantastic yoga studio in SF with top-tier teachers and a gorgeous setting, I cannot recommend Haum in the Haight enough!

Did a Friday morning class for my first yoga class in almost 4 years. The instructor and staff were super nice and chill and no pressure. The space is clean and relaxing. Really enjoyed my first time back on the mat and will more than likely return!

I loved Gianna’s class. She was real, knowledgeable and confident. It was my first class at Haum and I felt really taken care of. The studio is simple, welcoming and relaxing. I also love that they have donation based classes during the week. I would definitely like to return if I were here for longer 💖 Thank you Haum!
