HAUM Studios – Mission is a queer-owned yoga studio in San Francisco’s Mission District at 2973 16th St (5th Floor), a short walk from 16th the Valencia corridor. Join in-studio and online yoga classes built for real life: Vinyasa Flow for strength + sweat, Hatha Flow for steady alignment, Slow Flow for mindful mobility, and Restorative + Yoga Nidra for deep recovery (with select soundbath evenings). All levels welcome expect clear cues, smart modifications, and plenty of props. Private yoga and small-group sessions are available, plus workshops that blend movement, breathwork, and yoga philosophy. Serving the Mission District, Noe Valley, and SoMa.

A very belated review for a class I took in February. I asked my friend to take me to the prettiest yoga studio she knows of in SF and boy did she deliver with Haum in the Mission! Absolutely gorgeous place to do yoga. The instructor was great, he's a favorite among SF locals. One of my favorite parts was being guided to dedicate our practice to someone we love (it was V-Day after all) and I found it to be a meaningful experience. Walked away recharged. Definitely will be back :)

lovely space. great price! beautiful view and great lighting. would highly recommend and would definitely take classes here again. note: u have to walk up a few flights of stairs and they will not let u in if you are more than like 5 minutes late. there is a cheeky note that the walk up is a free "warm up" workout which technically is true!

I did the Sunday 9:00am yoga and mediation and had a great time. The instructors prompts made me think about my body and life experiences in a new way. I also had never done guided mediation before and it was much better than I thought. Studio vibes, aesthetics, and cleanliness were perfect.

Absolutely fantastic studio. Whether you come to practice during the day or at night - the view is unbeatable, and is such a wonderful backdrop for the quality classes. All teachers I have tried lead solidly wonderful classes. I highly recommend this studio for all levels and types.

I used to come to this location when it was yoga to the people (before the scandal), and I’m glad the space is still being used for yoga, especially as Haum offers donation based community classes! I love what they’ve done with the space, and my instructor was warm and welcoming. The vinayasa flow was a great start to my morning and I plan on coming back soon :) One thing to note is that the class is up 5 flights of stairs and there are no showers, so come prepared.
