I have been a loyal customer of Heise’s Plumbing for years, but today they absolutely amazed me. My brand new toilet automatically flushed my honeycomb ring into the plumbing before I had any chance to stop it. I was convinced it was gone forever. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, the Heise’s team refused to give up. They brought in a sewer inspection camera, tracked the ring through the drain line beneath my house, carefully located it, and somehow recovered it. Watching them solve what felt like an impossible problem was incredible; They were like pipe surgeons. Their professionalism, technical expertise, determination, and kindness turned what began as a sad and frustrating morning into one I’ll never forget. They literally gave me back something that is very sentimental to me. If you need a plumber who treats your home and your belongings like they matter, I cannot recommend Heise’s Plumbing highly enough. Thank you for going above and beyond. You have a customer for life. I would never had trusted anyone else for this job! Thank you again Franklin Adriel and brilliant Marlon and of course Mike for getting them here so fast and with such calm and sweetness

I had a completely positive experience. I was able to book a drain clearing within a few hours of my call, the tech arrived on time and cheerful. He took my input seriously and took care of the issue swiftly and left things tidy. Very positive experience.

We called Heises at 7PM with a serious leak under the kitchen sink. They sent someone out in under 2 hours, who did a great job replacing the pipe and explaining the process. Very reasonable price and great service.

Mike was able to schedule someone for me to come very quickly on Monday and Thomas came twice first time he tried to fix. Didn't work the first time and he came back again and spend an hour and a half fixing it. Both of these guys went above and beyond to get my problem fixed and of course it's working now. After I called the second time Thomas came out almost an hour later which is to me unheard of. If you need your furnace or water heater fixed call these guys you will not regret it.

I interviewed 4 plumbing companies to replace two rusted cast iron cleanouts and a rusted cast iron drain grate in advance of a garage floor resurfacing project. The solution offered by the Heise's Plumbing manager of my project, Tomas Suchocki, was the most innovative, practical and cost effective of all. Tomas and his crew arrived on time and did the work to his and my specifications. I will use Heise's Plumbing and Tomas for future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to family, friends, and neighbors.
