Hey Paul , I hope you’re enjoying your trip! Just wanted to let you know your company did a fantastic job taking care of our HOA issue, a leak inside the walls of one unit. Pablo was very responsive and got things going for us quickly. Upgraded 1940s furnace with modern and Nest thermostat. The Magic team was great and handled asbestos abatement, removal, replacement, new ducts and connection of Nest. Got 5 quotes and while Magic wasn’t the cheapest, they had the best communication and customer service. Great company.

Jeff Griffin came out and took a look at my very old furnace. He was able to help me get it working again and also show me all my options for improving my system, both in effectiveness and efficiency. He followed up quickly with written estimates. He was fast, polite and friendly to deal with. I would 100% recommend him for any furnace, cooling or HVAC issues you may have.

We had a clogged bathroom toilet and were really stressed about it. Magic Plumbing came through for us. They were honest, clearly explained the situation, and worked with us on a reasonable budget, which we truly appreciated. They didn’t overcomplicate things or push unnecessary work — most importantly, they solved the problem. The main drain and toilet were fully cleared, and everything has been working perfectly since.
