I wanted to take a moment to thank Nhu Y at Hung Phat USA for helping bring my fiancée’s engagement ring to life. Choosing an engagement ring is already a meaningful and important process, but Nhu Y made the experience feel smooth, personal, and exciting from start to finish. Both my fiancée and I went in together to make sure everything was right, and Nhu Y was very helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer our questions, go over the details, and make sure we felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. That level of care and responsiveness made a big difference, especially for something as important as an engagement ring. What really stood out was how responsive and helpful Nhu Y was the entire time. Any questions we had were answered clearly, and we never felt rushed or pressured. The final ring came out beautifully and felt exactly like what we had envisioned. We also came back recently to place an order for our wedding bands, and once again, Nhu Y made the process easy for us. We had the best experience getting our custom engagement ring from VVS Jewelry Co / Hung Phat USA. They made the whole process feel so special. The ring was perfect and exactly what we envisioned. Ann handled our main consultation and guided us through the entire process, showing us all the beautiful options available. We highly recommend Ann. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and amazing at what she does! We had the best experience getting our custom engagement ring! Ann was incredibly supportive and walked us through the entire process with so much patience and kindness. Her deep knowledge of diamonds and the subtle details of ring shopping made us feel so confident in our choice. A highlight for us was getting to pick our diamond first, followed by a 3D mock-up of the final design. The process was fully transparent and detail-oriented from start to finish. Thank you, Ann!

I had a great experience with Quynh at Hung Phat Jewelry. She helped resize my tennis bracelet and did an excellent job. Quynh is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most is how well she understands engagement rings and wedding bands. You can tell she has a lot of experience and genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice.
