We just bought a car from Hyundai of Downtown Los Angeles and it was hands down one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Brian Vasquez was our sales consultant and he was amazing. He was super friendly, highly professional, and incredibly patient. He made sure to answer every single question that we had and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. I also have to give a special shout-out to Dillon Potter, the General Sales Manager. I have never met a car sales manager who was this straight. He was amazing and directly got me the best deal possible in town, with no extra runaround trying to push or sell me packages I didn't need. If you are in the market for a new Hyundai, Dillon is your guy. He is a straight arrow, won't waste your time, and will absolutely give you the best deal possible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but my experience at Hyundai of Downtown Los Angeles was the exact opposite. The team was professional, respectful, and made the entire process straightforward and easy. I especially want to recognize Alex for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Adrien was absolutely amazing to work with! He truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect new car and structured a lease that fit both my needs and my budget. The entire process was the fastest and smoothest car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I think it took less than 2 hours and I didnt even have to leave my home! Also, the orignal car I wanted was out of my budget and he actually recommended me the car I have now and its PERFECT What really stood out was how genuine he was, I never felt pressured.
