I'm very happy all the way around. I call him Royal he showed up for me from start to end. I don't have to say this, I have a lot going on in life starting over really bad credit. Royal getting me a car to move around is a blessing. 2014 Ford Flex clean inside and out. Runs good great I'm in love. My payment is $227 very happy. I had a Honda 2022 payment $800 was killing me. Think God for Royal. That's not his name sorry. Just what I call him. He is honest work hard for me no run around. Up front. I will buy again. I will say he's worth it.

So far, this has been a highly questionable experience. There is a major issue with my payment: I paid a $5,000 down payment, but nothing is showing up in my account with Westlake Financial, which still reflects the full balance. They have been dragging their feet regarding my inquiries; it has been over 30 days and I still haven't received a response. I have already filed a fraud complaint and am now planning to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)

I just purchased a beautiful 2014 Infiniti from Royal Cars remotely from Texas, sight unseen. Sam was very professional, honest, & responded to all my requests & within a timely manner. After I had the car shipped & finally was able to drive it myself, it was exactly as described with no surprises. I'm very happy & satisfied with my purchase!

What can I say out of all my previous experiences in purchasing a vehicle this place by far leaves the competition in the dust. The staff from Zack and Sev were phenomenal in providing top tier customer service from the knowledge of the vehicle to the maintenance of the their cars were immaculate.
