Well this certainly has to be on the if the busiest In-N-Outs I've ever been too. Might be due to the proximity of the San Jose Airport and travellers wanting to experience their first double double. Regardless of how busy it was, the food never dissapoints and the order queue went quick. I was ticket #58 when they had just called #15. These employees were knocking out order quickly! Got my order within 15 minutes. Kudos to the staff at this location!

Delicious food, took a bit longer than expected to get it but reasonable for how busy it was in there! The team was working fast and efficiently, and things were really clean for how busy everything was.

Good not great food. Seems kind of overrated after trying it. Burgers were good but nothing crazy. The fries were nice but animal style is the way to go with them. I would get them again but won’t go out of my way for them.

Still the very best value to taste burger chain in America. Although prices have gone up here in California, it's still way below the average for burgers and the quality is just unmatched for the price point. Got grilled onions which make them even better then the classic way. Fries.

It's affordable so that's why it's always packed. It's way cheaper than your McDonald's or Burger King but my fod came out extremely cold. My fries were cold and hard. My Burgers were ok. The paties were cold too. After waiting for 45 minutes for our food we expected everything to be cooked and hot. It's not really worth the hype. I truly believe the line is long because it's literally 4 bucks for a burger and 3 bucks for a shake. It's definitely not in and out lol. It took forever to our food.
