I moved to Bankers Hill last year, and I have been very pleased to find a wonderful optometry company right here in the neighborhood. Every aspect of my experience here has been great, and the staff is both super friendly and thorough.

Esmeralda saved my weekend in San Diego! I am in from FLA and forgot to pack enough contacts which I did not realize until late on a Friday. I explained this to Esmeralda who said “do not worry, we’ve got you” and stayed a few minutes past close on a Friday to make sure I got a pack of contacts to tide me over. I am so thankful for this office and their “patient first” approach!

From the moment you walk up the stairs, you're warmly greeted and immediately offered a cup of coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They have a great selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses to choose from. We love the entire team, but Caroline consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a wonderful experience. Her exceptional customer service and attention to detail keep us coming back.

This was my first visit as a new patient, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The facility is immaculate—very neat and well-kept with a genuinely relaxing ambiance. A huge convenience is the private patient parking lot, which made arrival completely stress-free. The staff were welcoming and professional. The gentleman at the front desk got me checked in immediately, and I want to specifically highlight Brenda, the technician. She was wonderful—professional, upbeat, and attentive to all my inquiries. Her instructions for the initial tests were crystal clear, and she worked with impressive efficiency: quick, sharp, and accurate. Dr. Kathryn Ordonez was equally impressive. She is a lovely person, very personable, and thorough. Finally, I need to give special recognition to Michaela. She was instrumental in coordinating my entire visit, from handling the initial scheduling over the phone to pre-ordering my specific Lindberg Thintanium frames. She walked me through the exact specifications for my lenses and finalized the payment with total seamlessness. As someone who pays attention to details, I truly appreciated the high standard of care from the entire team. H

I’ve been a patient at Invision Optometry for over 10 years, and I keep going back for a simple reason: they’re professional, caring, and genuinely attentive. No matter who’s on staff at the moment, the culture always feels patient-first, which says a lot about how the practice is run. Over the years I’ve seen a few doctors as others retired, and my current doctor is Dr. Andrea Meagher. She’s smart, personable, and very thorough. She explains things clearly, asks the right questions, and keeps the exam light with a good sense of humor—even while getting through the classic “number one or number two” routine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Invision Optometry to anyone looking for solid, trustworthy vision care.
