I went in is a new patient today and had a wonderful experience. From the check in to the exams and consultations, the customer was fantastic. The staff is very thorough and compassionate, and they break down the lens options and pricing so you feel comfortable and well-informed. I’m glad that my referred me this office and that I made the switch to New Optix!

I had a great experience at my annual eye exam at New Optics Optometry today. Dr Thai was super kind and professional. She explained everything about my exam which was very comforting. Muriel was super helpful, very friendly and professional. I appreciated everyone there who made my exam experience very positive. Thanks to all the staff, especially Muriel 😉

Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the front desk staff, to the doctor, who was attentive to my eye concerns, to the woman who helped me pick out my new glasses! This office was recommended to me by a friend and I am happy to say that I had such a positive first interaction! I’ll definitely be back for many years to come!

I love this office. The dr’s are so kind, the techs take good care of you, and they always have the best frames. Muriel helped me pick out framea and really walked me through the cost and insurance. Dr. Thai is super approachable. I have had Dr. Tran in the past also, all pleasant experiences. They taught me how to use contacts! Also they have some amazing fish and dogs and office. And they had a kids room and section, I will be taking my son here when he is old enough. I have been with New Optix for 8 years. It’s always easy to schedule my exam, and the glasses come fairly quickly.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tran and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. They made the check in process smooth and stress free, which really set the tone for the visit. Dr. Tran took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out and made me feel confident about my exam. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that my eye health was his top priority. A special shoutout to one of the techs who helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find something that looked great and fit comfortably. The office itself was clean, organized, and well run, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and his team to anyone looking for top notch eye care. This is exactly how an optometry experience should be!
