They appear to prepare multiple takeout orders in batches and bring out a cart to distribute to everyone waiting in the lobby. As a result the sweet and sour chicken wasn't just soggy, but downright wet and slimy by the time I opened the container one minute after being handed it. The flavor would have been fantastic if the breading was crispy. I expect the sit down experience is probably much better, if they bring out dishes as prepared.

I placed an online order at 4:20 PM on a Thursday and was notified it would be ready by 4:50 PM. However, the restaurant’s dinner hours don't actually begin until 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, I found the doors locked; after calling, the staff realized they hadn't unbolted them yet. Despite being the only customer present from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM, I still had a 30-minute wait as the kitchen was prioritizing a large catering order. The server’s sincere apology when the food was finally delivered significantly helped erase that frustration. The BBQ Pork: Very flavorful and not too fatty. However, typically priced around $15.00 to $16.00, I found the portion size to be a bit small for the cost and the wait. Beef Chow Mein: A classic staple that was well-prepared, though I prefer the thicker noodle. General Chicken: a solid choice, just the right amount of seasoning. Gailan: Fresh and a perfect balance to the heavier meat items. Overall, the sincerity of the staff and the food quality made up for the initial logistical hiccups.

We came here on a Wednesday for lunch. There were many tables filled with senior diners. After paying I saw a sign-in sheet for senior nutritional dining. We were seated quickly and given nice tea cups and teapot (fine neck vs. typical teapot that leaks when you pour). The rice noodle with char siu and choy sum and taro puffs were great. The vegetarian peanut had crazy thick skin. The shrimp and chive pan-fried dumpling also had too thick skin and felt oily. The spicy pork/shrimp wontons weren’t spicy at all. The egg tart was served out of the oven but unfortunately had a soggy/undercooked bottom crust. As we departed I noticed that the back of the chair was sticky to touch and it was sticking to the floor when I attempted to slide it back under the table.

10/10 Recommended. Shoutout to Ms, Grace! A few of us nursing students were on lunch and we decided to go have dinner at the restaurant. We only had 1 hour and they made sure our food was out in a timely manner so we could eat and get back to class. I was actually a little hesitant but it turned out so good. We paid $61 for 5 ppl and all the food is shareable portions. We have definitely decided to make this our regular dinner spot for school.
