AAA contracted with this company and they never showed up. I called their dispatch and some guy called said sorry and tried to pass me to some other company. I don't expect much from a tow company but annoyed enough to save a review for the lack of performance today.

AAA assigned this tow company to move my car. Waited an hour only for them to never respond and had to be transferee to a new provider! If you get them to assist you , GOOD LUCK

This place deserves zero stars. From the moment we tried contacting them, the experience was horrible. The woman answering the phones was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or calmly explaining the situation, she was yelling, cursing at customers, speaking disrespectfully, and even hung up on my son while he was simply trying to get information. No one should ever be treated that way, especially during an already stressful situation involving a towed vehicle. What made the situation even worse was discovering that property was missing from our car after it was towed there. That immediately raised serious concerns about the safety and security of vehicles and personal belongings left in their possession. Rather than showing any concern or professionalism, we were met with hostility and disrespect. Overall, the entire experience felt shady, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. Customer service was nonexistent, communication was terrible, and we left feeling frustrated and upset. I would strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this company document everything and be very cautious if your vehicle is taken there.

I had a flat and had to be towed , I called AAA a few minutes later Victoria their dispatcher called me with an eta and assured they were on the way , I was only waiting 15 minutes vs an hour was very happy with thier service.

Had a good experience with JD after a pothole on the 110 destroyed my tire. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and fair in pricing (considering that emergency towing is never going to be cheap). Mark the driver in particular was a pleasure to work with.
