Genuinely Kendall is the best nail tech I’ve ever had, she is so talented and attention to detail. If I come in with an idea she can execute it perfectly, and if I am not all the way sure and have a bunch of inspo photos she will create a beautiful conglomeration of them! She truly outdoes herself every time!! This is my most recent set and it’s AMAZINNNGGG <3

I had a really disappointing experience here. If you’re someone who gets regular (non-gel) manicures/pedicure - go elsewhere. Before my service, I specifically expressed concern about selecting a polish color from a sample book rather than an actual bottle because I’d had issues with that type of polish before. I was reassured that it was a high-quality “regular polish” so I proceeded. The technicians themselves were professional and did a nice job with the manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, the “regular polish” quality was very poor and the final result looked terrible. I spent two hours in the salon and paid $110 including tip, only to leave unhappy with the outcome. Afterward, I contacted the salon directly and shared photos. Rather than addressing the quality issue, I was offered a discounted gel color change. I explained that I specifically wanted regular polish and that the problem was the quality of the regular polish used - I never received a further response. If you are planning to get gel, your experience may be different. However, if you are looking for a traditional non-gel manicure or pedicure, I would highly recommend you bring your own polish or go elsewhere.

What exactly am I paying for? I got a gel manicure and pedicure less than a week ago, and my nails already look like they’re 2–3 weeks old. The polish was applied with huge gaps near the cuticles, the coating is uneven, and the gel is already chipping off. This was my third visit. The first time was good, but the last two experiences have been consistently disappointing, and the staff have not been welcoming or professional. For the price charged, the quality of work is unacceptable. I gave this salon multiple chances, but unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

I hate to leave negative reviews but it's been a week since my manicure and I have a few things that need to be called out. 1. When the nail tech went to remove my existing polish, she pulled dremils to file everything down out of a box marked "soiled" 2. She told me that my nails were weak and recommended gel builder to help strengthen them. What she actually applied was a full hard gel set which is much more expensive than regular builder but she didn't tell me that was her plan or what it would cost before I said she could go ahead with it. I didn't receive a quote for the full service until she had already removed my existing polish and applied the hard gel set at which point I felt like I'd already committed to what we were doing and I just went along with it. Part of that is totally my fault for not asking when she suggested the upsell, but I feel like she should have offered that info before we moved forward. 3. When she opened the jar for the hard gel, there was a large nail clipping stuck to the inner side of the jar that she didn't notice and I felt too uncomfortable to call out in the moment. 4. Easy walk in and immediately was seated for a pedicure. I went with the top tier CBD Cloud Pedicure. The salon is like walking into an Instagram photo - so adorable and really sets the mood. My technician was careful and gentle, the cuticle trimming was no problem and the massage was very therapeutic. Loved the Vietnamese Iced coffee that is the owners own brand. Worth a stop for a relaxing treat! Note that you do need to be buzzed in for safety, doors are locked. They don’t take AmEx which was the one major drawback for me and worth removing a star.
