I had a great experience with John’s Plumbing and Drain and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. They were willing to come out on short notice over the weekend, which was incredibly helpful. The plumber arrived right on time, and from the beginning, everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Anna, the office administrator, was especially kind and took the time to really listen to my concerns and make sure they were understood. What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained. The plumber took the time to explain what was going on in a way that I could actually understand, without making me feel pressured or talked down to. Their pricing was also fair and reasonable. But beyond the service itself, what impressed me most was the sense of trust they created. I genuinely felt that they cared about doing the job right and would go the extra mile to help me rather than simply trying to make a sale. Had a really nice experience with this company, and really happy to support a local independent business rather than a chain! I called after hours expecting to get an answering service, but Ana picked up right away and was very helpful and friendly, offering me a service appointment immediately or the next day, which was awesome. The issue wasn’t urgent, so the tech came the next morning. He was professional, communicative, and friendly throughout the repair. I also really appreciated that he was diligent about wearing shoe covers when going between inside and outside, and cleaned everything up in the bathroom nicely when he finished. Overall the experience was prompt and professional, everyone was nice, and the repair work was done well!

John's plumbing and Drain Services is a company whose experience and knowledge exceeds and surpasses all past companies that we have utilized in the past. They are extremely trustworthy and get the job done with such professionalism and care. They love what they do and personally have helped my plumbing issues from toilet valve installations to kitchen faucet replacements. They did an incredible job and they are my go to plumbing company! I recommend this company in high regards to anyone that wants a great job done with a great price!

We’ve had a great experience working with John and his team so far. From the beginning, he has been very responsive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we could make informed decisions. We are currently in the middle of a larger project that includes gas leak repairs, a new tankless water heater installation, and a full copper repipe. Even though the work is still ongoing, everything has been handled professionally and the process has felt organized and well managed. The crew has been punctual, respectful of our home, and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciate how transparent John has been with pricing and how he worked with us to find the best solutions without pushing unnecessary work. Overall, we feel confident we made the right choice moving forward with his team and would recommend John’s Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and reliable service.

I have known John for 25 years or more and as my neighbor (until a few years ago he worked on plumbing and bathroom issues diligently, professionally and - my favorite part - very affordably for all the years I’ve lived in this house (since 1999). About 15 years ago he and his team tore out and replaced my entire kitchen and bathroom (his father was a fine carpenter and tile-man, among other skills). John plumbed both rooms so well that I’ve barely had a problem since. Sure there’s been the usual wear-and-tear over time, and I’ve always called him immediately. That’s because, as I told him recently when I needed his help, “You’re the only plumber I’ve ever used - because you’re the only plumber I know with absolute certainty I CAN TRUST.” Recently I purchased a new washing machine and expected the supplier to hook it up right on the day of delivery. Unfortunately the hose faucets - probably from the 1960s, I’d guess - were too rusted to remove the old hoses from, and let’s just say I had plenty of dirty socks and drawers to wash and wanted to get on with it.
