My old Washing machine was leaking water after the rinse cycle started. I called several other plumbing companies And only Roto-Rooter was willing to move the machine out and find the trap pipe that needed to be cleaned. I am very pleased with this company and with a technician they sent. he explained everything clearly, and he worked very efficiently and quickly to solve the problem. Ignacio is a asset to this company.

I recently hired this company to clean a drain, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The technician, DJ, was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He explained the work clearly, completed the job efficiently, and left everything clean. He deserves 5 stars for his professionalism and workmanship. Unfortunately, the final bill completely overshadowed the positive service. I was shocked to receive a bill for $1,500 for what I understood to be a routine drain cleaning. In my experience, similar work is usually much less expensive, so this came as a complete surprise. I wish the company had been upfront about the total cost before starting the work so I could have made an informed decision.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Roto-Rooter. My fiancé and I are currently in escrow and hired a plumber to walk through the house and identify any needed repairs. Our licensed plumber arrived late, despite multiple unanswered calls from us, and didn't acknowledge being late. When he arrived, he simply asked, "What do you need me to do?" After the inspection, his explanation of the repairs seemed unprofessional. When we asked when we would receive the quote/report, he told us 10–20 minutes after the inspection. 24 hours later, after 5–10 calls from myself, my fiancé, and my realtor to both him and the local branch, we received no updates at all. He eventually called, laughed and said, "Oh! That was you calling? I had no idea who was calling my phone!" When I asked where the report was, he said he had left it in the mailbox of the house we're buying...a vacant home that nobody currently lives in. We were never notified that it had been dropped off either. When I requested a digital copy, he said Roto-Rooter does things "old fashioned" and doesn't really create digital reports, but that he would try to scan it. It's now been three days, and I've still received nothing

The water heater pipe was leaking and the roto rooter crew was great. They came to my house yesterday morning to give me quote and arrived back within 2 hours to replace my water heater. Although, the job was not finished yesterday because the water heater was a bit too wide to fit thru the water heater space door so they had to come back today with another water heater to complete the job. The techs was wonderful and knowledgeable!!

They were incredibly responsive! They had a technician at our facility within an hour. The issue was quickly assessed and completely resolved the same day. Our technician, Ismael, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!
