There's a reason why there's so many raving reviews for Dr John Tran!! If you're looking for the best medical care for yourself or especially for any of your loved ones, Dr John Tran and his office staff are the absolute best. I wanted to find the best care for my dad who does not speak much English and has a lot of on-going health issues. I am so grateful Dr Tran has his location here in the Bay Area. He and his staff are amazing! They're attentive, quick to respond, quick to send out referrals and authorizations if you need them, and most importantly actually takes the time to learn about you and genuinely cares!! It's a rare and a true unicorn in this day and age. I'm forever grateful. Thank you for caring for my dad

Dr. John Tran is an amazing doctor — knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He took time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the whole visit. The staff was also friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy physician

I've always had a great experience at JT Family Care. The whole team is welcoming and professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Tran always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, does not matter if you speak Spanish or Vietnamese, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress free. Scheduling is easy, wait times are short, and the clinic is always clean and organized. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent medical care with kindness and compassion, but JT Family Care does exactly that. Super glad I chose them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.

I have been bringing my mother to Dr. John Tran for just a short time now. But Dr.Tran is the most loving and caring person to all of his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone who has an elderly person . Dr Tran is the best Dr my mother has ever had. I highly recommend him to everyone. He is a Dr. with a lot of knowledge, understanding , and a great listener. Dr. Tran deserves more than 5 stars he is the best caring Dr I have ever known for my elderly mother.

Dr. Tran inherited my mother-in-law as a patient after taking over this office from the previous doctor. He is very attentive, thorough, and caring with all of his patients. My mother-in-law is honestly doing so much better with taking care of her health because of the way Dr. Tran motivates her and makes her feel heard. He and his team are always on top of submitting orders for medications and lab work and are super quick with contacting us right away with updates. I am truly grateful for the amazing care that my mother-in-law is receiving from Dr. Tran and his team.
