Very professional staff from the front desk to the doctor's room. Never felt more comfortable in a clinic like i did here. Best healthcare provider i have experienced in my life so far. Keep up the great work. Katie and her team are rockstars.

I’ve been going to One Medical for my doctor’s appointments and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and calm, which makes such a difference when you’re not feeling your best. The office is spotless and very well organized, and everything runs so efficiently. I’m always seen quickly without feeling rushed during my visit. I truly can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and professional medical office, this is it!

My experience with One Medical Primary Clinic was amazing. The communication & customer service is way over the top. The Nurse that saw me was very thorough. She took her time to review everything. She actually cared about my issues and stated many times that she will help me get to my old self again. I will definitely be returning for additional help.

I recently visited the One Medical facility on The Alameda in San Jose, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and genuinely comforting. Making the appointment was incredibly easy—user-friendly, quick, and stress-free. The location is convenient, with easy access and parking, which only added to the overall sense of calm I felt walking in. The entire staff—from the warm and welcoming front desk receptionist to the knowledgeable and compassionate attending physician—were professional, friendly, and truly cared about my well-being. It's rare to find a medical facility where you feel so respected, heard, and well taken care of. I wouldn’t wish a medical condition on anyone, but if you do find yourself in need of care, it’s incredibly reassuring to know that the wonderful people at One Medical are there, ready to help with compassion and expertise. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience. We get 'membership' through work. Being able to use an app to book an appt at short notice, communicate in advance, and the quality of staff I've had so far is great. This location is perfect - right across from wholefoods and some reasonable on street parking. Also close to commuter hub of diridon.
