Justin from 24 Hour Jump was fantastic. I had a completely flat tire and he showed up right on time and had everything taken care of quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and had excellent professional equipment. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and made the whole process easy and stress-free. On top of that, Justin was genuinely kind and provided excellent customer service. Having a flat tire is never a good experience, especially when you need help quickly, but he made it about as painless as possible. If you need mobile tire service, I would absolutely recommend Justin and 24 Hour Jump. Great experience from start to finish.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! I had a puncture in my rear left tire on a Sunday evening and was expecting a long wait, but he arrived within about 20 minutes of my call. He quickly diagnosed the issue, patched and repaired the tire professionally, and had me back on the road in no time. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by inspecting all four of my tires and pointing out some safety concerns that I wasn't aware of. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Fast, professional, honest, and incredibly helpful service. i’m a woman in my 20s, and i’ve always relied on my dad whenever something went wrong with my car. so when my entire tire came off and rolled to the side of the street while i was on my way to work, i completely panicked. i had no idea what to do or who to call, and i was so overwhelmed that i couldn’t stop crying. i called a coworker who knows a lot about cars, hoping he could come help me, but while i was waiting, this incredible man pulled over out of nowhere and simply asked if i needed help. i couldn’t wait any longer, so i said yes—and i’m so glad i did. from start to finish, everything was beyond amazing. the service, the repair, the kindness, the reassurance—truly 10/10 in every way. he turned one of the most stressful moments i’ve had into one where i felt safe and taken care of. i’m so incredibly grateful for his help. i truly believe god was watching over me that day because this kind stranger appeared exactly when i needed someone the most. thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and for reminding me that there are still genuinely good people in the world. i’ll never forget it.
