They also have a great network of vendors to make smart improvements that maximized the potential of the property. Brad and Josh are great at their jobs, but so are the back-office staff that make the whole process very smooth and efficient for the seller. Overall, this was a very positive experience for me, and I can’t recommend the Keyes team highly enough.

We are very appreciative of Josh and Keyes Real Estate. We bought our home in April 2024, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Josh is one of the nicest people we have ever worked with and always put our interests first. We were initially unsure about the location, and Josh went with us to numerous open houses. He has great insight into which homes suit your lifestyle. We eventually ended up buying a place Josh recommended at a great price. We were also very impressed by the escrow and closing process. Josh and Narine were exceptional in handling the negotiations and paperwork. They were extremely thorough and did not make any mistakes. Even after purchasing our home, Josh continues to check in on us and has also helped us obtain important paperwork we needed. Josh has been incredible to work with. He helped me purchase my condo and a few years later helped me successfully rent it out. Throughout both experiences, he was extremely knowledgeable about the market and provided clear, thoughtful guidance every step of the way. What really sets Josh apart is how available and responsive he is. He consistently answers calls, responds quickly to texts, and makes you feel like a priority no matter how busy things get. That level of communication and reliability goes a long way, especially if you’re going through the process for the first time, whether buying or renting a property. We worked with Brad Keyes and Keyes real-estate as first-time homebuyers, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. Brad was great at really listening to us. There were several times when we decided not to move forward on a property, and he never pushed back or tried to convince us otherwise.
