I was coming from out of town to get married and got my wedding nails done here. They were messy and the whole thing felt rushed, even though I had pre booked it and wrote in the notes that this appointment was for my wedding. My toes got smudged pretty immediately. I went back to get the nails off and thought it would be nice to get a simple manicure. Within hours, the nails had chipped and the nails looked really messy AGAIN. I don’t know if it’s the polish they use or if they are all rushing, but after 2 bad experiences, I won’t be coming back.

The space and technicians were nice, but the quality of basic manicures needs attention. I have short nails and requested the $39 basic - nothing fancy. Things I liked: They have a laminated price sheet as well as a folder of nail colors, although I missed being able to check the quality/consistency/age of the polish itself. Overall decor was beautiful and the non-power tools were in a sealed clean pack. Areas for improvement: Lana started with a power buffer across my already thin nails and cuticles (!), three of which then bled. The five minute arm massage with rubber gloves was a bit haphazard and distracted, so really not necessary. The polish application (non gel) was streaky/uneven requiring so many coats, the nail beds are thick and bumpy. The technician also kept trimming and cutting WHILE she was applying polish, thus kept having to fix the polish. She scrolled her phone while waiting for my nails to dry and asked me multiple times to post a review. I wasn’t going to, was just going to write it off and move on, but 24 hours later and it’s already extremely chipped (see photos) after a chill, non-chore day. Off to remove and do it myself. I’ve been here twice and booked Khloe both times. I created my own designs for each and she went above and beyond for them. She has such excellent attention to detail and I loved both times she did my nails. They last super long, mine lasted around a month and a half before they snapped off. The price is much more reasonable than if I were to do them at a different nail shop. If you want a detailed design and pretty nails, definitely book with Khloe!

Lina and Jodie did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure! I really appreciate that the salon was able to accommodate my last-minute appointment. The decorations are beautiful, and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for such a great experience!

Lana, Nancy & Gina were phenomenal! make sure you ask for them when you book your appt. My hubby and I got the “Lengthening Days of Love package” and it was super relaxing. The space is very esthetically pleasing and the nail polish and massage was magical.
