The staff at Sephora were rude and looked at me as if I were a shoplifter. This is exactly why the store is empty—they need to retrain their employees.

This is specifically for the customer service I received today. I was purchasing jockey bralettes and on the rack of bras was this sign. It was centered over the underwear next to it instead of over the bralettes. I was expecting the bras to ring up at $28. When I asked why they didn’t, an associate went to check and came back and showed me a zoomed out photo of it over the underwear. She told me the $28 price was for the underwear. I asked to zoom in on her photo where it says “bralette.” I pointed that out and she shook her head no and said it’s for the underwear. So I asked, “bralette and bralette mean underwear?” And she replied, “yes,” and denied me the posted price. (Meanwhile, another associated had wondered allowed if the sign was still up from the sale they were having yesterday.) To be clear, I don’t care that I didn’t get the sale price. I’m just appalled at the deceitful behavior of the associate. Leaves a sour taste in my mouth and lack of desire to ever shop here again.

Kohl's is a department store with everything, and it's all on sale all the time and they give out coupons. Quality can be hit and miss, so shop wisely. FYI, Around Christmas the lines are long.
